1. Overview
Ahnak.AI provides digital, subscription-based AI automation and business services. Due to the nature of these services, refunds and returns are limited and governed by this policy, in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
This policy applies to all services, subscriptions, setup fees, and digital deliverables provided by Ahnak.AI.
2. Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, including situations where you decide not to proceed after purchase, no longer require the service, your circumstances change, or you did not use the service after activation.
This includes both subscription fees and one-time setup fees.
3. Setup Fees
Setup fees cover onboarding, configuration, system setup, and initial automation work.
Setup fees are non-refundable once work has commenced, even if the service is cancelled shortly after setup.
4. Subscription Services
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis.
You may cancel your subscription at any time in accordance with your plan terms. Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period. Services remain active until the end of the paid billing cycle unless otherwise stated.
5. Consumer Guarantees (Australian Consumer Law)
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.
You may be entitled to a refund, replacement, or remedy if services are not provided with due care and skill, are substantially different from what was agreed, or a major failure occurs as defined under Australian Consumer Law.
Where a remedy is required, we may choose to re-supply the services or provide a refund for the affected portion of the service.
6. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be considered only where required by law or at our discretion, taking into account work already completed, costs incurred, and time spent delivering the service.
7. Third-Party Costs
Refunds do not include third-party fees already incurred on your behalf, usage-based costs such as messaging, call minutes, or infrastructure charges, or external services or tools enabled as part of your setup.
8. Service Interruptions
Temporary outages, third-party platform issues, or external service disruptions do not automatically entitle you to a refund unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
9. How to Request a Refund
If you believe you are entitled to a refund under Australian Consumer Law, please contact us with your business name, service or subscription details, and a brief description of the issue.
We aim to respond within a reasonable timeframe.
