1. Overview
At Ahnak.AI, we aim to keep our services flexible, transparent, and easy to work with.
We understand that businesses value flexibility and clarity when engaging technology and automation services. This page explains what we mean when we say “No Lock-In” and “Cancel Anytime”.
2. No Lock In Contract Explained
To keep it simple, “No lock-in contract” does not mean automatic refund of annual or monthly payments. It means you are not committed beyond the services and subscription period you have already paid for.
Why? Because based on your commitment, and in the interest of providing the best possible service to you, we may commit on your behalf to paid platforms, systems, subscriptions, and third-party infrastructure required to deliver your selected services and plan.
This however applies slightly differently to monthly and annual plans.
3. No Lock In For Monthly Plan Explained
Our monthly subscription plans are designed to provide flexibility without long-term contractual lock-ins.
For monthly subscriptions:
- Monthly plans automatically renew on each monthly anniversary date unless cancelled in accordance with this policy.
- You may request cancellation of your monthly plan at any time.
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Team@Ahnak.Ai clearly calling out in subject line ‘Cancellation Request’.
- We require at least two business days’ written notice before your next billing cycle to ensure your cancellation request is actioned in time to stop future recurring billing.
- Future recurring billing will stop after the applicable billing cycle ends.
- Your services will remain active until the end of the paid billing period unless otherwise agreed.
This means you are not locked into ongoing long-term month on month contracts..
4. No Lock In For Annual Plan Explained
Annual plans are offered at discounted pricing compared to standard monthly pricing.
The discounted annual pricing reflects the longer-term prepaid commitment and allows us to provide more favourable pricing compared to standard monthly plans due to reduced administrative, onboarding, and ongoing servicing costs associated with annual subscriptions.
When selecting an annual plan:
- The annual fee is prepaid upfront for a 12-month service period.
- Annual plans are not automatically renewed into another locked annual commitment unless expressly agreed.
- For renewal of annual plan and next prepaid payment for the next annual cycle, we will contact you to discuss your changed needs (if any) and renew into another annual plan.
- So what does ‘No lock-in’ mean for annual plans? Well, again, No lock-in means you are not committed beyond the period you have already paid for.
- Annual payments are generally non-refundable once onboarding or services have commenced, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.

5. Setup Fees
Setup and onboarding fees are one-time charges that cover activities such as:
- System configuration
- Workflow setup
- Automation configuration
- Integrations
- Initial onboarding and implementation work
Once onboarding or implementation work has commenced, setup fees are generally non-refundable unless required under applicable law..
6. Third-Party Platforms & Infrastructure
Our services may rely on third-party software, cloud platforms, messaging providers, telephony providers, and infrastructure partners.
Changes in third-party pricing, service availability, or external disruptions may impact certain features or services from time to time.
7. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing on this page excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under applicable laws, including the Australian Consumer Law.
Customers may have additional rights depending on their jurisdiction and applicable laws.
